Times are changing.....are you?
In my first 6 months as a brand new agent, I was able to break through the traditional barriers agents have for so long been faced with, "It takes years to build your name and client base to start making good money as an agent."
This was all thanks to creating short form video content and posting it to Instagram and TikTok.

After interviewing experienced agents, brokers, and marketers in the industry when I was getting my license, I discovered a big disconnect on what they were all telling me.
​
They kept on saying how the traditional ways of marketing such as cold calling, door knocking, flyers, emails, bus benches, open houses, and social media ads are what I need to be doing in order to be successful and get clients.
​
Meanwhile every other industry I could think of were going all in on short form video content. I thought to myself, why aren't these agents, brokers, and marketers of the real estate industry doing what other industries are doing and following the hot trend?

I then took a bet on myself, and decided to go all in on the short for video trend that so many other industries were already implementing. I was either going to be an early adopter in the real estate industry for this trend, or be the one that tried and fail.

And BOOM....

Things really took off.
​
When I first started doing short form video content in the real estate industry, agents, broker, and marketers poked fun and looked down on me for what I was doing.
​
A year and a half later, those same people are panicking to learn and implement short form video in their business as they now see it's a necessity and now the NUMBER 1 WAY TO GROW YOUR BUSINESS AND SELL MORE HOMES.

Times are changing, are you adapting or getting left behind?
